These terms apply to your use of trueaurabeauty.com and your purchases from A7 Brands, doing business as True Aura Beauty. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

2. Products and descriptions. We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors and sizes may vary slightly. Our Test Lab results describe our own in-house testing against the criteria we publish. They are not independent certifications or guarantees of individual results.

3. Not medical advice. Our products are personal care tools and accessories. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Follow the included instructions, test on a small area first, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Consult a professional if you have a skin or health condition.

4. Prices and orders. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, a stock problem or suspected fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, you get a full refund.

5. Payment. You agree to provide valid payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors.

6. Shipping and returns. Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping and Returns & Refunds policies, which are part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property. The site's content, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it without permission.

8. Reviews and submissions. If you send us a review, photo or feedback, you allow us to use it in connection with our store, and you confirm it is truthful and yours to share. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning.

9. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the site, for example by attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or using it for fraud.

10. Disclaimer. Except as stated in our policies, and to the extent the law allows, the site and products are provided "as is," without other warranties.

11. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under law.

12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes. We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
